I can't connect to the links on the embassy portal for Guangzhou and it is becoming a bit of a nightmare trying to navigate the procedures that they require at the embassy.

We have received and responded to the packet 3 (Ds-160) and are waiting for the packet 4 to arrive. what exactly is the packet 4 and what if any other forms are required to fill out? we are becoming nervous and not sure what else is required of us, any help is greatly appreciated.

Your timeline shows you were married on 03-01-2015, are you still pursuing the I-129F Fiancee visa? If so, you might have a few problems ahead. You will need to retract the I-129F and file a I-130 instead.

First, you need to answer Robby999's question. That's very important.

For now, I'll assume that you are not married and you are still in fiancee visa processing.

Packet 4 in China is just an email that looks like the following:

Tianhe District
Guangzhou, China
510623
Case Number: GUZxxxxxxxxxxx
Name (P) : xxxx
Preference Category: K1 - CHIN

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).
