Hi everybody good day to all, I was just wondering how long is takes to get my step-daughter here from the Philippines after i start the process to bring her to the states, , i married her mother on dec 24th 2013 in the Philippines and she is here now. Thanks for sharing your thoughts

Same sort of time it took for your wife to get here give or take.

So i better file soon so i don't get put on the back of the bus again so to speak.. Thanks

The 9th circuit is supposed to make a decision sometime this summer and DACA will immediately start up or if the lower court is upheld DACA will be caught up for years in court. I personally think the lower court will be upheld, but if I were in your shoes I'd file straightaway.
