RFE text received today. pretty sure they want my police records...assuming. kinda happy to know they are working on my case... well... were working on it as of now it is suspended until info is received. Any idea of once they get the requested info, how much more of a hold up from there? Can I fed ex the information they are seeking once I get it and... can I add more information to the existing petition. phone records more pictures text etc etc etc or only the documents or info they want?

No one can tell you when you will be approved after they get the required documents from you. Send them only what they ask for. Save the evidence of ongoing relationship (photos, phone records, etc) for the US Embassy/Consulate interview. You will need it.

If you have what is needed to respond to the RFE, then you send it back to them as soon as possible after you receive it. Follow the instructions in the RFE letter.

Yes, you can add in other things to be added to your case file. Relationship evidence is not needed for the I-129F petition to be approved, but if you feel it needs to be in there before the K-1 visa, then go ahead. You can add a statement that you are adding in those documents and why. Just be sure what they actually asked for in the RFE is the highlight, on top and won't be missed in the rest of the papers you send.
