my wife is a USC and she filed I130&I485 for my minor child as a step parent in May 2014 (from B2 Visa),

First NOA was received and also the second one ,

They ask for biometrics and I693 (medical) and the origenal of birth certificate and also I-864 , we finished from all of that
in Aug 2014 they change my case status on the website as below:
On August 22, 2014, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXX. Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by October 21, 2014, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed."
and from that time i did not here any thing from them
is that normal and i have to wait or should i do other thing ?
Thank you

**** Case number removed. For your own privacy and security, please never post publicly things like case and phone numbers, addresses and emails etc. ******

Did you contact them between October 2014 and now?

Did you move and maybe missed a letter?

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Probably best to make an Infopass appointment and go to the office directly.
