Real Estate Market so disheartening!

Hi everyone!

So my husband received his approval April 21 and his visa and passport 4 days later.

Now he can come, except we are selling our house in Australia and have had no luck!

We have had it listed since end of November, and the market in the area has been very quiet since then. It's started to pick up a little now, but it's frustrating as I am living in USA waiting on him. I have been here since Feb 21. Prior to that I lived in Australia for 9.5 years, been with hubby for nearly 9 years, and married 3+ years.

Add to the fact I am 5.5 months pregnant... so stressful. We thought listing the property earlier was good, but still no luck

Anyone else had any issues similar?

We are looking at the option to rent it out, but would prefer to sell it as less risk and less problems that could arise.

Sorry, just venting and wondering if any aussies experienced similar! would love some encouragement!

have you tried lowering the price?

Of course. Lowered $50k already. Real estate said just lowering price again and again isn't the answer, but we have hoping to sale of course and no luck.
