Hi there!

Can anyone on here please share their experience in regards to the UK Police certificate, I applied for the 10days option wanted to confirm how long they really take to reply and send back needed information and if its possible to track the progress.

Thanks in advance

I had mine within a week. I didn't go with the express / priority option, but I did pay for secure delivery. However, I am in the UK and the mail service used for the secure delivery is one day. If you are having it sent out of the country it would depend on the method of delivery you select and the mail or courier service available in the country to which it is being sent.

Hi, it will take 13- 14 days to get in post,

it is possible to track the progress using the reference number, ACRO will send you a reference number by email when the application reach there.

you can also email or call ACRO customer service to track it

https://www.acro.police.uk/contact_us.aspx

tell your surname and date of birth

Don't worry they have the best customer service.
