Hello, My name is Roberto. I heard great things about this forum and how helpful you are. I have a question and I hope you could answer me. I am about to become US citizen in june, and my girlfriend lives in Ecuador, and I would like to file a finance petition. Here it is my question , we both met in Cuba, and she has been living in Ecuador for 1 year, she is currently an ecuatorian resident, I want to know if the process could be done in the Ecuatorian embassy or she has to do it in Cuba.I will be very grateful with any help you can provide. Regards

She can have her interview in whatever country she is legally residing in.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
