Hi everybody! I hope someone could clear this to me ?

Anyway, i came across online about the k1 visa interview expedite. And as i was researching about it more yes! It exist. And some people who have tried it were very blessed to have the odds in their favor. But before applying this visa interview expedite there are some requirements and qualifications. The requirement is just the petition (whether it is a k1visa or not) must have been filed already. And then the petitioner must meet one of these qualifications or criteria (which is below)

Severe financial loss to company or individual

Extreme emergent situation

Humanitarian situation

Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States

Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)

USCIS error

Compelling interest of USCIS

Note: Discretionary expedite requests for petitions and applications that have Premium Processing Service available will not be considered for expedite processing. The only exception is when the petitioner is a not-for-profit organization designated by the Internal Revenue Service. For information regarding premium processing, please refer to the premium processing webpage.

Now my questions is would the reason of no one will take care of my daughter by next month because my mom is going to visit the Philippines (and because i do not want to hire a nanny because my daughter have experienced abused by her nanny when she was still in the Philippines. So i am quite anxious to hire a nanny here.) so i was thinking if i could use that as a reason to expedite the visa of my fiancé, and i am not sure if it would fall to the number 1 criteria which is the Severe financial loss to company or individual, because if my fiancè's petition wont be approve by this month or next month i would be considering in resigning my job or maybe take few weeks or even months leave because no one trustworthy enough to take care of my daughter until my f's arrive (which i don't know yet if when that will happen) so by that situation i would hav financially loss. So do you guys think that would fall on that criteria? Thank you so much! And please advise me on what to do. Thank you!

Not a chance

You can hire someone else.

because my mom is going to visit the Philippines

Tell her to wait.

(and because i do not want to hire a nanny because my daughter have experienced abused by her nanny when she was still in the Philippines.

Do your homework and hire a good sitter.

So i am quite anxious to hire a nanny here.) so i was thinking if i could use that as a reason to expedite the visa of my fiancé, and i am not sure if it would fall to the number 1 criteria which is the Severe financial loss to company or individual,

No because you have choices.

So do you guys think that would fall on that criteria?

Not a chance.
