@hazel, how do you apply for expedite? Stuck on iv bill and ds260, what are the criteria for expedite?

I sent an email to NVCexpedite@state.gov with some documents and they sent it to the embassy had an email back in 2days that it has been approved. Some of the criterias are severe financial loss tocompany or individual

Extreme emergent situation,

Humanitarian situation and I think there is 2 more can't remember. Mine was approved for medical reason.

it will be extremely hard to get an expedite for a pregnancy, is your pregnancy associated with some life threatening problem ? Do you not have a spouse/so to help you and are completely alone ? Otherwise they won't see a reason to give you the expedite, been there done that sadly . :/

if your husband is on orders overseas you could possibly use that to your advantage actually . Get paperwork showing if he is indeed deployed and maybe have your doctor do something such as a statement that ur at risk for premature labor . It's worth a shot and can maybe work cause he's not with you currently .

lol yeah I've tried everything after being stuck here for so long, but all I need is the ds260 reviewed and I'm out of there . So the victory will come soon finally . My husbands case being EP never helped either cause their a mess .
