Proof of Intent to marry (New I-129F Filing Instructions)

You must submit evidence that beneficiary intend to marry you within 90 days of the beneficiary's entry to the United States as a K-1. Evidence may include, but is not limited to,
copies correspondence between you and the beneficiary discussing wedding plans, evidence of wedding plans such as announcements, plans made to reserve a venue for the wedding,
or any other evidence of your intent to marry one another, including, for example, an original statement from the beneficiary establishing her intent to marry you within 90 days of her admission to the United States.

I sent two letter of intent, but didn't say it clear within 90 days.

I will make two new ones and include some other evidences two support.

1.Do the Letter of intent have to be noterized?

No, but they have to be signed by both parties.

Make sure the letters are both signed in 'wet' ink, no photo copies, only originals.

Some have not received RFE's for copies but others have.

No notarization necessary.

Correct. Either 1 letter signed by both, or what I did, 1 letter from each signed by that person.

1. Do not forget that, the letter of intend must be sent in the beginning with I 129 file and the other one must be very closer with the interview date. We sent two letter of intend, one from petitioner and on from beneficent, . They weren't sign by both of us.

2. I would like to be in contact with you, because our process is a step after yours. Could you please tell me how did you get the package 3? Did you get in by mail? Or you get an e- mail with the subject : "Instruction Package 3"

I'm asking because we got this e- mail, but there was only case number there (TIA2015.....). , and no thing else, So we couldn't make any action because we still don't have the interview date.

Our layer in USA told us that we must wait for package 3 I hard copy form.

I would really appreciate your answer as it will be a good help for our case.
