As mentioned in the title we havent filed yet. I in the investigation process to determine if we have a chance of being approved and what are the steps to this entire process. This is a question regarding fees. The link to the fee schedule at uscis.gov doesnt work. In the wiki and guides here, unless I am reading incorrectly, it shows the AOS fee as being $88 but on the travel.state.gov site they clearly show the fee as $120. I couldnt be more confused. Do we pay both? Is one outdated? Which is correct considering the the fee schefule at uscis.gov isnt working. Also is there a working link to view all related fees for the CR1 process all in one spot?

IV fee is incorrect its $325 per applicant.

Perfect. Is the Biometrics fee included in that Medical or is that apart? If seperate any idea on the cost or a working link with costs. Also I have read in the embassy reviews some people are paying for something after the sucessful interview. Any idea if that is the $165 immigrant fee? Thanks a bunch. I dont know what I'd do without all the help.

Yes that is the $165 immigrant fee.

There should be no biometrics fee, but I know some embassies have biometrics separately, whereas mine was at the interview.
