Hi all,

So my mom just passed her Interview yesterday at the US Embassy in Manila    They took her passport and told her to wait for courier delivery together with the visa. When she told me the news, I asked her if they gave her anything, like a packet or a slip of paper showing her Alien Number (A#) but she said no they didn't. They only told her she is approved. I was expecting that they're gonna give her some info like her A# because it says here I am gonna need it to pay for her $165 IV fee. So, should I just wait until they deliver her passport with her visa? And is she also gonna receive a Packet (like I did when I first arrived here in the US on a K1 visa, I had a packet to show the IO at my POE).

Your replies will be greatly appreciated. Thank you :) :) :)

She will receive a visa packet with her passport. The instructions to pay the $165 will be there. The A# is on the visa.
