Thank you very much bro. We assigned an attorney to file the i 130 form. I will call my wife to contact the attorney .

Even though you have attorney. Please read up on the NVC process so you know what is happening and not wondering. By now you should have been completed at NVC. I pray they are doing their job.

Yes, you need IIN and case number so you will log in on the website of ceac.state.gov in order to pay two invoices, submit documents (aos and civil documents) and fill up the online lengthy form called ds260. If you already have a lawyer, you might skip ds261 which is a first step.

You need to read NVC process wiki at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Hope this helps and good luck on your process.

You get me wrong. We only paid an attorney to guide us in the filling of the i 130 form and that process is past. That was all we needed him for. Now it is approved and I just got to know about this forum yesterday. So bye to the attorney .Thanks so much for ur concern.
