Part 3 in application asks for Nonimigrant Visa Number..where do I find that ?? And I don't have a I-94 number.. there is a CONTROL NUMBER on my K-1 fiance visa with 14 numbers and letters .and also we have moved to another state since approval of k1. Do notify them of my new address or just change it on this form?

It also asks c/o below the address ???

The visa number is the RED number on the K-1 visa. The I-94 number is on the I-94 whcih you can get here where it clearly has the admission number on it. Use c/o if you are receiving mail at someone elses home like a relative or freind and the USPS considers them livnig them there and not you. So you put your name on the first line. Skip the second line if this is your residence and you receive mail there (and have gone to the post off to inform them of this fact). Then put the actual address on the remaining lines.
