Having a small wedding due to a death in the family is understandable; prove this, and also that you hd planned a bigger/,ore traditional wedding before; if your uncle only died a week before the wedding, presumably a bigger wedding was planned, but then cancelled? Show proof of that.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

My thoughts exactly.

OP you state you didn't have a big wedding due to your uncle dying a week before your wedding. But if you were planning a traditional wedding in the first place you would have things arranged already and then cancelled. Can you prove that?

I-130 is immigration form for either fiancée or spouse or family member.

I-129f is for fiances, not the I-130.

4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

What is i-130 , is not marriage based called CR1 ?

I-130 is for spouses (IR or CR-1), yes.

sate department refuse to give visa to my wife on april 2nd , not enough evidence . recived an email from uscis today saying my case i-130 is on security check pending . i call uscis cause i already waited more then 6 months now , now they saying 6 month is minimum time ,we can not do anything you have to wait she said . anybody know how long will it take security check ?
