Hi All,

I am filing I-130 for my mom who is a widow. Can any one tell me what should I include where it says - #17: List Husband /wife and all children:??!!

My understanding I just include my name and my sibling's name. Do I need to include my deceased father's name too?

Any expert advice would be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Ann

Include his name and put deceased in places that ask for address

# 17 does have a place for address. One has to list the names, relationship witht he peitioner, date of birth and place of birth.
