Hello! Good day to you all.

I have a quick question regarding my CENOMAR. As I was reviewing the document, I noticed that on the lower left part of it included a barcode, a tracking number, and my name with WRONG GENDER. I called the NSO office who issued my CENOMAR and they said that those 3 entries (of my name and wrong gender) were just the last 3 "searches" (combinations) they made on the National Indices of Marriages database. Attached is the screenshot.

Will this be a problem during the interview? And will this ultimately give the CO a reason to issue a 221g for CENOMAR re-verification?

Help please... Thanks in advance :)

I read a similar issue on another website and the person was advised to go back and request for a new cenomar with the correct gender. It's their fault so they should be able to give you a new one without having to pay for it imo. Knowing that place though, I bet they would make you pay for a new one.

I honestly don't know if you would be issued a 221g for it since I haven't read a post on here with the same problem (its usually the birth certificate).

Thanks iammrsregie!

I already asked if they can issue a new one but they said NO. So it seems that the only option is to request for new copies (I already requested 2: for CFO and Interview). However, i don't know how I can be sure that their last "3 searches on the database" will reflect "FEMALE". *sigh*
