We submitted 10 photos. On the back of each one we put a handwritten description of when and where it was taken, and a signature in blue ink. I think we went a little overboard. :P

Also, for the other filers who have received their NOA2 already, have you guys started contacting NVC yet? I e-mailed them last week with our names, DOB, and receipt number but never heard back. Maybe it was too soon?

we have not called them yet, way too early, only got our NOA2 on Thursday night and Hardcopy yesterday.

Also I have read that they take a while to respond to emails. Some have said up to 30 days, so no real point in emailing them. But I speak under correction. But if they do reply, please do let us know, then we can also drop them a few emails :-)

I would give it two weeks after your NOA2 date, the NOA2 hard copy does say that it takes 2-4 weeks to process at this stage. So hang tight for a few.

Hope that helps.

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

Yeah, I know VJ recommends waiting 2 weeks, but I just talked to a couple other recent filers who got their NVC case number after 1 week. I guess we can't all be so lucky. Anyway thank you so much, and I will keep you updated!

Oh, interesting, Were they before the TSC transfer or not? just curious to see if it would have a ripple affect. Would love to have our case number at the end of this week, would be fantastic.

Thank you, all the best

is CSC slowing down? I haven't seen may April applicants getting approved and we're half way into May. Anyone else have this feeling or should I just be more patient?

I think CSC has slowed down. No April filer has reported getting their NOA2 on monday or today, that I know of. :clock::blush:

Sorry, I did not mean on vj in general, I was talking about this specific thread. Also, looking at the March filers forum there are some left who have not been approved yet.

I filed at the beginning of April and we got our NOA1 on April 16th. Since then I've been watching the estimated approval dates get steadily pushed backwards, like I imagine many of you have. :[ I hope everyone starts hearing good news soon.

Hello Fellow Applicants. Perhaps I should have waited a few more hours. At 10:30pm I checked my status online and found out We were approved. I am very very happy and grateful. Good luck to everyone with their processes.
