Happy Easter! Just a quick reminder and tip: be aware that AOS can take a very long time. In my case it took 14 months. The initial EAD is valid for one year. In order to not get in trouble, you should make sure, that you EXTEND your initial EAD way before it expires. EAD extension takes approx 3 months, Without valid EAD you could lose yous job! So if your AOS is not over after 8 months, I strongly advise you to start the process for an extension of your EAD!

Pls what are those documents needed to be submitted for EAD renewal? And am i going to post the renewal application to where I posted my I 485 application to? AOS is 8months today and my EAD expires in September 2015.Thanks

What is needed for the renewal is listed in the form instructions pages 6 and 7> http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-765instr.pdf

Front and back copy of your EAD, copy of your receipt notice from filing the I-485, and 2 passport photos. No fees for renewal.
