hi guys,my wife,the beneficiary,has been living in Canada without a legal status since 2007.She did filed for humanitarian status,but she was denied.The Canadian government each times renew her work authorisation paper.Now i ,the usc petitioner ,received a checklist from NVC she has to show proof of legal status in Canada.

After the earthquake (Haiti) in 2010 people from Haiti was not being deported.

So she has no status and either needs to get status, or needs to leave Canada and interview at home. No Canada is NOT her home; she is illegally present.
