Hello - I need your help.

I just got checklisted yesterday via email from NVC about my I-864ez. I am confused on which on to put on Part 5, no. 19 on most recent income tax return.

I had put and submitted the I-864ez Form with the Line 7 on 1040 (Income, Wages, salaries, tips, etc).

Am I suppose to use the Line 37 (Adjusted Gross Income) or Line 22 as combilne the amounts total income?

I am so worried.

NVC Check listed me on I-864ez part, in Part 5. Sponsor's Income and Employment, Please correct the following... Item no. 19 Your 2013 income must match the total (gross) income reported on your 2013 Federal income tax returns. If you filed From 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

Which one is correct to use?

Line 22 *(total Income)

or

Line 37 *(Adjusted Gross Income) on 1040?

Appreciated your greatly help...

Thank you -

Omg so prompt response!!! Really appreciated your support. Looks Line 22 and 37 same amounts.

If I filed 1040EZ, what to put? Just to confirm.

Thank you :)

If you had filed the 1040EZ then you'd use your adjusted gross income instead of the total income. I'm unsure what line that is, sorry!

Hopefully it will take shorter. It sucks, I know! But you're almost there. :goofy:

You're very welcome. It was fortunate we were on at the same time!
