I need help regarding submitting Tax return of 2014 along with Affidavit of support. Does it necessary to submit tax return of 2014 along with affidavit of support to NVC when you are already submitting tax returns of 2012 and 2013 or is there any relaxation given by NVC for those who haven't filed for 2014 tax returns can submit it at the time of Interview. I have also discussed this issue with my Consultant and he was of the view that he can not submit my documents till he gets the tax returns of 2014 as there is some new law regarding that. Whereas digging through threads on here I have come to know that people can submit tax return of 2014 at the time of interview if they havent applied for the tax return of 2014. Please help as I dont wana delay my case nor i want an RFE's.

bring 2014 tax transcript to interview. That should be fine.

2013, 2012, 2011 can work for NVC. However you speak once to NVC agent

P.S : In a week or so, our 2014 transcript should come.

OKie thanks so it means we will be fine by filling Returns of 2011, 2012 and 2013 and will present the tax filling of 2014 at the time of the interview. It will not delay my case right. Thank you so much for giving me hope ill also email NVC as getting through NVC and connecting with a representative is like fetching stars from the sky.

get confirmation from NVC please. I am no expert .. And we have not yet completed NVC journey. I advised you from the info i gathered by reading the forum.

Yeah Thanks I have already written an email to NVC about Tax Return of 2014 so lets see how it goes.
