It depends where you are located. If you don't use US Mail then most would use UPS, Fed Ex, etc

I used UPS since Lewisville lockbox was about 15 minutes from my house

If we use any of the two envelopes via USPS. My fiance is in NV. Will we use the PO Box or the Street Address for the USCIS?

The express mail from USPS can go to the physical address.

We mailed ours using USPS Express overnight and that was the address we used.
