Medical was submitted well prior to the readiness and it has been about 11 business days and still no interview letter. Ugh

Don't want to get you to panic but I had medical on 16th of April and submitted readiness form on 19th of April and still no interview date. I hope they don't record each call to NVC as I called them far too much. I am much calmer now then month ago.

It shouldn't take that long for an interview date? Did you try emailing the embassy. Someone didn't get theirs after 3 weeks and when they emailed they found out their interview was just over a week away...

I did, they send me to London's website. I cant get through to them via phone - it is just ringing. When I called NVC first time back in the end of April I was told that I haven't submitted a readiness form ( which I did! , but never mind), after I did it again, status got updated with that date. So it is already 5 weeks since that happened and still nothing.

Hi, need an advise on how to handle a SITUATION with Knighsbridge doctors - at the time of appointment they managed to enter wrong date of birth and my number - appointment was held on 16th of April. Ever since I contacted NVC - few times a week and London Embassy (3 emailes and calls to no avail) to find out WHY still no interview date. At last, got a reply - we never received your medical!!!!!

To say I am pissed off it is not to say anything - luckily or not, I work around the corner from them and I really going to kick off tomorrow. How to have the best show down. Any suggestions are welcome!

Oh my gosh.... I would have an absolute fit!! These people think we're all sitting around twiddling our thumbs with no real urgency in getting this done. I'm so sorry that happened to you....I can't even put in this thread what I would be saying to those morons

Best show down in my mind is be polite. Get them working for you, not on the defensive and pissed off at you for your attitude. Look so very sad at your delay. Tell them the embassy has not received your results. (How do you know the LND number and birth date is wrong?). If you have something on paper with an error, then show them. Ask them to please courier over a correction that day and an explanation of the error. Tell them you will wait while they prepare it so you can see it has been done because you don't want any more delays. Tell them you missed your wedding.

Oh yeah, ask for the person in charge of the practice.
