Do I need to write a revalidation letter???? Hope you can help us!

hi evryone! hope you can help me on this. I am now being treated at slec and my noa2 expires on the 27th of May 2015. My treatment at slec will be last on aug 04 2015, that time my noa2 was expired already. Do I need to write a revalidation letter to the nvc? Or is it automatic for them to revalidate our case. It depends on the consulate. For me, it was automatically renewed 4 months (mine also expired due to a USCIS f-up, not due to anything I did), but I know London requires each party to provide a new letter of intent to marry. No idea about Saudi Arabia... I imagine if they don't automatically renew it, they'll let you know what you need to do.

Thank you. I'm just waiting for them to schedule her for an interview now but May is coming up fast..

one thing i like about the Riyadh Embassy is they're pretty responsive specially because they prefer/use email communication so before the expiration date comes, if no interview date yet, I will definitely adress it with them

You don't need to do anything, U.S. Embassy Manila will automatically extend the validity of the petition up to a year. Relax.
