My Fiance and I recently received our NOA2. We have called the NVC for the case number and nothing yet. I have started working on an I-134 Affidavit of Support and an Employment Letter. My question is, who and where do i send the completed I-134 and employment letter? I was under the impression that i was suppose to send it to her for the Interview with the Embassy. Anything will be helpful. Thank you

The Case # takes a few days to process so use the NOA2/NOA1 for Reference for now. Now, your Case is out of the NVC's hands until Approval and is Country Specific. Your thoughts are correct. The 134 and Employment letter go to your future spouse with the interview.

Maybe you should speak to your fiance. For all you know she probably may already know this and a lot more. Never hurts to ask.

:)

Good luck in your journey.

Willie B - It depends on the country. In Germany, I have to send the I-134 to the Consulate before I can schedule an interview; it seems in other countries people take it directly to the interview. It definitely does not go to the Embassy directly from you

I never thought countries vary so much, but they do in every respect.

What country? Embassy processes vary.
