Hi Guys,

Inquiring for a friend, he can now access his ceac payment portal (but no welcome letter from NVC yet) but he can only view his derivatives on it and the primary applicant which is his wife is not there. question is, is this really common issue? will it be corrected once he receive a welcome letter from NVC or does he need to call NVC ahead of time for it to be corrected?

I think it will be sorted out and the principal applicant's name will appear once NVC accepts the DS261 (choice of agent).

Of course, they can always call NVC and ask.

Are the children chasing F2A visas as well?
