IR5 - IV fee payment and docs scan date

Hello,

I have a few questions here. Hope someone can help!

1. I paid IV fee online on March 3. The money was taken out from my bank account on March 5. Now it's been 13 days and the website still shows "In process". I called NVC every day and they always tell me that they will look into it and there's no timeline when they will get it solved. I talked to several supervisors who promised to look into it and call me back but never did. I am so frustrated. What else can I do?

2. I emailed my AOS docs on March 3 and civil docs on March 9. Both are sent via emails. Shall I expect to get an email about the "scan date"? I asked but the rep said it will take up to 1 month to put in the information into their system.

Thank you very much for your help!

My AOS bill was paided on the 3/4 and has said In Process since. My IV bill hasn't even been issued. A few friends who have called said there is something wrong with their system. Because it should have been adjusted to paid. They took the money within 2 days from my bank.

One thing I noticed is that if I call early in the morning or late in the evening, it's easier to get through but usually there's no supervisor available. However everytime I talk to a supervisor they promised to call me or email me but never did!

Good luck and keep me posted if hear anything!

Yes, we are. I just tried calling the NVC, but I'm going to wait until 5pm. I normally get through around that time.

Yes, that is true. I have called early in the morning 6am CST and at 5pm and 10pm as well. The only problem is like most CSR they are trying to go home and say anything to get you off the phone. I like them fresh in the morning or right after lunch. LOL... I will keep you posted.

I had them unlock my ds261 yesterday. My IV bill will be released in 7 days.
