Good Morning Forumers,

Hope you can help me. My sister an US citizen planning to file F4 visa for me ( i am her younger brother). We have same biological Father and Mother. I believe we just need to show one parent in common to show brother/sister relation. My Birth certificate is missing one letter of my mother and one letter of my dad compared to my sisters birth certificate.

How can i overcome this issue? If a correction or document is needed what documents are they?Should i collect the documents based on my sisters certifcate or my certificate.

Please let me know

HI aleful ,

Thanks for your reply .Unfortunately I am in Australia and citizen here. My Birth place is India. I do have evidence that my Mothers name is spelled correctly in my sisters birth certificate (like my mothers Passport, Govt ID, School certificates). As i told before i am just missing one word from my birth certificate and it will not be feasible to travel to india to get this corrected, is there any other way?

Thank you very much.
