Hey guys need a little help here, I'm currently uploading my photo in my DS-160 and it looks like it was edited, like all my hair are white coloured and my face is kind of gray but I can see a different color of my shirt.. Is it really like that or it should be clear, I mean the normal coloured picture? I'm just wondering if there is something wrong in my saved photo in my usb

We just did the same thing.. We downloaded Picasa and used the webcam to take the picture. Use a neutral background. Picasa didn't have the exact pixel size so we used 1280x600. Then in the DS-160 site you can crop and position to the correct size. I think the final file size was just over 100KB. It think the size limit was 240KB. GOOD LUCK!
