Cost of a CENOMAR is P415. You can get these at a local SM Mall, if the SM Business Center there is equipped for NSO Document issuance. Not sure if SM Olongapo has it, most likely it does. If not, SM Clark or SM Pampanga, both in San Fernando definitely are.

Dec 24, 2014 - NOA2: I called USCIS @ USEM on Jan 5, 2015 and was told the I-130 was approved on Christmas Eve. Thank you Santa!

Jan 13, 2015 - MNL Case Number & Packet 3 Received via email (I emailed the IV Unit-Manila requesting these on Jan 5, 2015 and Jan 12, 2015)

Jan 21, 2015 - NOA2: Mailed (via PhilPost!) paper/hard copy delivered to our place here in Manila.

Jan 22, 2015 - Packet 3: Mailed (again via PhilPost!) paper/hard copy delivered to out place here in Manila.

Feb 24 & 25, 2015 - Day 1 & Day 2 of Medical @ SLEC. Immunizations given on Day 2, thankfully

Mar 5, 2015 - USEM Interview Appointment - IR-1 Visa Approved! (CEAC Status updated to ISSUED afternoon of interview day)

Mar 10, 2015 - 3pm - Received SMS saying IV Package ready for pickup at 2GO MoA. Picked up at 5pm. (Shipped/Picked Up/In Hand on 3rd Business Day post interview)

Mar 13, 2015 - CFO Manila - Done

im from pampanga.. all the documents she needs can process there... she asks a lot of money.. 2000 is enough... she dont need the postal id..if she already have the passport.. coz that can be use as an id...

Can't she go to NBI itself and it cost only 195 peso

Dude, you're right. Was going by my receipts.

Two Copies of our CEMAR with SM's fee on top was 415.

195 + 195 + 25 = 415

P25 was enough to not have to go spend half a day at the NSO. Just took 5 minutes to fill out the form & pay during a grocery trip to our nearest SM.

Which she can do herself & save you both a >100% markup on the cost of the damn thing by that agency.

Thanks for heads up about the local clearance. I was referring to the beneficiary's costs, which I, as the petitioner, am paying for. My fiancee needs a passport and an agency there has told her that for 5600 pesos($130), they will get her the passport and local clearance without her having to go to manila. It sounds exorbitant and i wanted to verify with people on the forum. We are at the stage where once she gets the passport, we can pay the interview fee at bpi and schedule her medical and interview.

Check DFA for costs if doing the passport directly. P1200 for express, P950 for normal, so ya their price is high

agency for passport? i thought they have stopped that since passport is already applied in person. basically all they have to do is collect your documents but you still need to go to dfa. atleast tell your girl to research more if she wont listen to you. that is a lot of money already. goodluck
