Hi everybody

i got ' REQUESTED EVIDENCE' where USCIS requires additional evidence to process the form I-130... the notice says '' that my response must be recieved in this office on or before MARCH 9, 2015....you will not be granted an extension of time to submit the requested evidence " my question is would the stamp of the poste office matter here if forexample i send the docs on 8 or 9 th ????

i would try to mail it by tomorrow and use overnight shipping, with the weather up there i would wanna be on the safe side. I hope you get it done in time so you can continue on your journey
