Just want to ask, is the POE to be provided during the interview? or I can enter the US anywhere?

Please share your experiences. My category is IR5.

Thanks.

Your POE is wherever you want to choose. If you change your mind and fly to another after receiving your visa then no problem there either.

Your POE is the first US state that you land..so you can choose your POE when you buy your tickets. For me, my POE is Detroit and I took a connecting flight from there to Pitts.

Any POE you like, and you do not have to choose in advance.

I suggest that you make your last stop your POE because it will be easier. If an internediate stop is your POE, you will have to claim your luggage there and re-check them for your connecting flight. But if your last stop is your POE, you claim your luggage once and you are on your way.

That is not so easy for folks that don't live near the coasts.
