Thank you!

And yeah we got an email, so the date on the official letter might be a little different. Our NOA1 letter and email were only one day apart though so it should be pretty close.

I'm curious If they might approve ours too cause we've got the mail 27th so that should be the date for our noa1

Don't worry, I can check mine and it isn't saying anything new. Just the same as what the letter says. :-)

Ours was forwarded to CSC on the 20th and hasn't moved either. Here's hoping for the next week or two. :) We have a possible delay due to my soon-to-be step daughter having TB last fall. Here's hoping that they don't delay us :D

what is RFE for???

Not sure yet. They only show that the RFE was mailed yesterday. CSC is 20 minutes frm me here in Orange County, CA so it is only one day by mail depending when they actually put it in the mail. Hopefully know today or tomorrow. As soon as I know I will post here. Seems I was the first March filer and also first with RFE. But explains why others got NOA2 ahead of us.

RFE is usually for missing, incomplete or illegible documents. I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out the problem as I had a pretty thorough checklist. Only things I can think of are that Melanie's birth certificate from Phillippines is very light copy. She also signed in blue ink and her signature is very small and hard to read.

Hopefully neither of those two are the issues as she would have to resend them and I would need to wait about a week for them

That's what I thought you don't need to send the birth certificate nor the cenomar u just send in I-129f with ur info , proof of citizenship two passport stylephoto g352a , intent to marry letter, divorce decree of u are divorce and some photos to proof you guys met last two years and letter how did u guys meet and in the letter you should state where are you getting married (city) I think that's all some people put something that they don't need of course if u are officer in charge of approving they don't want to see other documents

Ds160 that's down the road after you get your noa2 or even before the medical exam

Perhaps. But better to have more documentation than not enough. We put the statement that these are copies and originals are availabl upon request or at interview.

I have seen people submit tax returns with I-129F when they dont need to be shown until the interview
