Hi, I just want to ask when will be IV payment page becomes available after AOS showed paid?...Because I tried to access the IV payment still not invoice and it has been 10 days already after AOS showed paid...Thank you

The NVC issues IV processing fee invoice as soon as they have reviewed your choice of agent form (DS-261). The problem is that, according to an NVC representative, it may take them up to 42 business days to review this form. My advice is: if 2 weeks have passed since you filled out the choice of agent form, and you haven't received the IV fee invoice, just give them a call and ask them to get your form reviewed over the phone. I did it Friday February 20 and got the IV invoice on Monday, February 23.

I did same as you did. I just called them and she reviewed it over the phone and she said "it should take 42 days to review it but I will review it now and invoice will be sent within week or two".

My guess is they say this two-week thingy just to play on the safe side. I'm pretty sure, once the form has been reviewed, you're going to get your IV fee invoiced tomorrow or by the and of the week top.

hi,I tried to called NVC yesterday asking about IV invoice and the customer service told me wait after a week ,but now I IV becomes invoiced already I can pay IV now.

We're done paying IV yesterday.

Reiceived a new cover sheet after paying but we can no longer include it in our docs because my husband already submitted all the docs a day before the IV was enabled.

Hopefully it won't be cause of delay.

Hi,same here we already sent our docs.in one package before IV invoiced .I asked NVC customer service rep. about it she said it's okay as long as you include two bar coded cover sheet..I printed two copies of barcoded covr sheet after AOS showed paid...
