Yes sorry that is what I was asking. Can I ask did you marry your husband when you were living there and then went back 5 times after? Really I hope I am not bothering you. But I really appreciate your help so much

Yes I was living there when we married and subsequently returned 5 times after filing the petition. No one suggested any type of visa to me as we were married and the cr1 was the only option, your circumstances are different.
