How many can you sponsor?

I have a friend who is interested in marrying from overseas ( Indonesia) however this is the issue and I was hoping someone can provide some insight so that I may pass along the info. Some years ago maybe 4 or 5 my friend sponsored a family. ( a man asked him to sponsor him and his wife and kids however the mans family until this day has not arrived) And as recently as 2 years ago he sponsored another person. HIS income is relatively high! Would it be possible for him to sponsor a A FIANCÉ OR SPOUSE ? Would these sponsorships still appear with him? How can he find out if he is still responsible for them?

How many people he can sponsor d depends on his income and assets. Since you have not disclosed those figures, there is no way to tell you how many people.

Look at form I-864 and form I-864p. Go through it and you can figure out how many people he can sponsor.

How many is he still responsible for? He will have to count and determine on his own. Figure out how many people he has sponsored that are currently LPRs. Easy to ask his friends if they are LPRs still under the I-864 he has already sponsored.
