Hello friends,

I am on cri visa in USA. I have not received my green card yet. Uscis mailed my green cards on October 25, but I did not received. I called to uscis for this. They said me to fill up form-190. I filled up form I-90 and send to uscis. I got Notice of Action from uscis on feb 2015. After that no any other informatiom. I called today to uscis and asked about my green cards that how much time it will take? They said about 6 months. But my agent said that they will not send your green cards without fees. You will have to re pay fees for it. What should I do? I do not understand. Please help me.

Thank you.

If USCIS shows that it was delivered and returned for some reason than its on you. You usually will have to pay unless you can prove they delivered to wrong address or didn;t deliver to you at all.

Did you check with your mail person or your post office. With these kinds of mail if they don;t know that the person will be living there or is coming (many people don;t tell the mail person their spouse is moving in they won't deliver the mail there. Verify with mail person or post office it was delivered. Than you would make a INFOpass appointment.

You may have to pay the fee.

Hi dwheels76

Thanks for reply. Yes there is a incomplete address on tracking numbers. And I was also go to post office and told them that it is not complete adress on tracking where green cards delivered. They said we do not know about this. Your green cards delivered to here. Only this prove I have. No another proof. Now what should I do? wait for 6 months or no? or repay fees for it?

Thank u.
