MY FREINDS I APLIED FOR IR1 VISA BUT I GOT 221G AND MY CASE SENT BACK TO USCIS AND AFTER I GOT SECOND INTERVIEW .

IN THE S CONSOLATE THEY ASK ME TO BRING SPONSOR TAXES AND TRANSLTE BIRTH AND CRIMINAL RECORD

WHAT DOES MEAN ,THAT ,

DOES CONSOLTE APROUVED MY CASE

Not until you do what they are asking and they review your documents. Looks good though. So get them what they ask immediately.

4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

you are no longer documentarily qualified to receive the visa.

if they told you to bring stuff, well, it smells like they WANT to approve the visa,

but they cannot,

as

you are not documentarily qualified anymore.

Get them exactly what they ask for, then you become documentarily qualified to receive the visa.

If you wanted to avoid this lack, you would have brought in:

1. new AOS documents reflecting 2014 and 2013 income data

2. new police report

3. new medical exam

all on interview day. But since you did not, you are not documentarily qualified, yet, to receive the visa.
