My husband has had three interviews in ghana we are in AP status! So I suggest you have more than enough proof for bona fide marriage! Ghana embassy is very funny acting!

They asked over 30 questions then repeated some as they normally do and just asked him to bring In greeting cards with envelopes that I've sent him. Gave him 221g with that written in and gave a second date. So we're waiting for that day to come. We've been together6 years do have plenty of proof. So not really sure what the issue is. But then we are not privy to their thoughts and processes are we.

What happened that ur hubby had 3 Interviews ?

Well I don't know what else we could possibly give. All they asked him to bring back were mailed greeting cards with envelopes!

We had a second interview for K-1 as the CO said we didn't have enough proof of a relationship. The CO asked specifically for Facebook chats. I reassembled our evidence. According to my husband the CO didn't look at the evidence and he was told to come to pick up his visa. We had to wait about 5 or 6 weeks for another interview.

12/04/2013 Mailed K-1 packet to Dallas Lockbox USPS Priority Express (overnight)
12/05/2014 K-1 packet recieved
12/09/2013 Received email and text of NOA1
12//2013 Hard copy of NOA1 received
12/13/2013 Called to speak with tier 2 supervisor to fix errors on I-129F & G325A in hopes of preempting RFE
12/19/2013 Alien registration number changed
04/01/2014 NOA2 (apparently changes preempted RFE)
4/11/2014 NVC Received

4/15/2014 NVC left

4/22/2014 Consulate Received

5/07/2014 Picked up packet 1

5/20/2014 Interview 1 (asked to correct error on bring birth certificate and bring more evidence of relationship)

7/29/2014 Interview 2 (passed visa will be issued on 8/01/2014)

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned

I went with him on his third interview and the first co didn't even wanna speak to me, and she was talking to my husband all disrespectful so I told her no don't talk to him that way, and she told her supervisor we had sat there for four hours and it was time to close so she said we had to come back the next day they never look at the papers I sent him that they asked for so I had to make her take them, and the next day we came her supervisor chatted with us separately and played her little game with us she filled the slip out for him to come but then decided to punish us or me cause I told the first co not to speak to my husband that way so it is the waiting game for us I have visited ghana 3 times now and will go back this summer if he's not here by then we have been together for three and half years now married for 2 as of January 3,2015

I wish everybody luck that's going for fiance or marriage visa cause them lady aren't giving nothing but 221g I think them chicks are jealous.
