I got it 2 yrs ago and then I filed for i-751 last May then I was approved 10 yr GC last week.

No you can't file.

You need to be a permanent resident for 5 years before you apply.

Or

You need to be a permanent resident for 3 years AND married to a USC citizen for 3 years before you apply.

I married my US Citizen husband in October of 2011. then file for AOS in December 2011! I got my 2 yr GC in august of 2012 and it expired in august 2014. so I filed for removing of condition and was approved on January 31,2015 and We've been married for 3 years and four months now.

You said you got your greencard 2 years ago but you also said you got it in August of 2012... I'm confused, but assuming it was in August of 2012, then you should be able to send in your application in May 2015.

However, I thought you were required to remove conditions before your conditional green card expired... I don't know if that makes any difference, but if you have your 10 year green card, I don't know why it would.

So take the "resident since" date on your card, add 3 years, and take away 90 days. That's when you can apply.

If you apply too early, they will send back your application.

I am sorry I am also confused I thought it is only 2014. I got my 2yr GC in 2012 and august 2014 the expiration date so I filed I-751 last june within the 90days of my GC expiration. 8 months in the process to be exact because my case was forwarded to California Service Center. I am sad about the woman I met in Charlotte who is also a Filipina because she had to take another biometric test so until now she's still waiting for the decision I am glad I didn't go thru that.

Your citizenship eligibility will open in August 2015 and you can file 90 days before, meaning in May 2015, assuming that you are still married to the same USC. One more thing, since you did not give exact date, I cannot tell exactly when you can file, but you can only file 90 days before you FIRST obtained your 2-year GC - not one day early.
