Hi all. I wanted to share that I received by NOA2 today, July 21 (and on my last day visiting my husband before I have to head back to the US¡). My NOA1 was February 26 at NSC.

For those worried about the new NSC processing date of January 2014 listed on the USCIS website, I think it has to be a mistake. Keep your heads up - your approval is coming soon¡

I appreciate the insight! I thought about this as a possibility in the back of my mind and so I forced myself to get up and leave. Lol

The fact that she kept cutting me off while talking distracted me a bit. Just for clarification, this was an in person appointment.

Ohh well done to you for keeping your cool! On the phone I'm pretty good but in person I'd be far more likely to lose it lol. I think sit tight for a little while longer and see if those approvals come. Then if not, take it from there but fingers crossed for you that it's not long, somebody has them sitting on their desk so they are most definitely being looked at and are on their way! :)

Our case was sent to them on the 13/07. I am so upset about that whole month to hear from them. We have other things in life to think about other than immigration. Smh!

Did you get your case number? I believe once your case is scanned in at NVC you should be able to get that. Then you can select your agent online and possibly pay some fees, too. But yes, everyone has to just wait for the packet to be sent out to them.

The scan date is just when they get it in the building and scan the bar code to start entering the data. It is taking about 20 to 40 days to give a case number after that point. They only give a case number once they enter the data into the system.

2015-02-06: NOA1

2015-06-19: NOA2 Email. 133 days between NOA1 and NOA2

2015-06-26: USCIS update that case was sent to NVC

2015-07-02: Case received by NVC

2015-07-14: Case number assigned when calling on 2015-07-20 but couldn't give emails as case was locked still

2015-07-27: Called and was able to give emails

2015-07-27: Submit DS-261

2015-07-27: Pay AOS Fee

2015-08-25: Receive IV bill

2015-08-26: Pay IV Fee

2015-09-05: Submit DS-260

2015-09-07: Sent AOS and IV package via EP

2015-10-11: Resubmit via EP after being told to do so on 2015-10-09 as it looked like our original emails were lost

2015-10-16: Received email for scan date of 2015-10-12. Told that basically nothing can be done and we need to wait 30 days from 2015-10-12 (30+ days lost because they lost our emails)

2015-10-26: Told case is basically complete but that they are building my electronic file. Told there is no timeline for this.

2015-10-30 & 2015-11-13: Still told no update. Building electronic file still and no timeline.

2015-11-17: Case Complete

2015-12-03: Receive packet 4

2015-12-15: Medical

2015-12-18: Medical picked up results

2016-01-12: Interview - Approved!

2016-02-03: POE

So about how long after it's approved will I be able to pay the fees? I'm trying to create a financial time frame and haven't gotten a really clear answer from reading the guides.

Hey Feb. Filers my husband is finally on his way back to Mn! Just curious can anyone that had or know someome that have an RFE tell me whats the deadline to summit and RFE? Its bin almost a week since I got it and I'm getting a little worried about the deadline.

Good news my US husband too my sick son to the embassy today and my son was given he's visiting/medical visa. So happy he can fly with me and my husband back to the U.S. Now cos he just turn 5 yesterday. :) congrat to everyone approved still waiting on my sons February 26.
