We have a joint bank account, emails, bbm chats, call records, video of the wedding, pictures together, sworn affidavits of two witnesses to the marriage. Are these enough evidence?

Yes a joint bank account is good( it should mention both your names)... not just the wedding day pictures you need to show the continuity of your relationship after that so chats, emails, skype msgs. etc that show that your marriage is intact should be good. check the link below it has a list of other evidences that you can gather.

Good Luck !!!

Thanks Y'all for your advice, I think its best to have her fly into lagos to support me for the interview. But I guess she won't be allowed into the embassy with me. Will she? Your thoughts please.

i don't think is best to have her fly in for the interview if there were no prior plan for her visit at this time. p.s. there have been many denials even with the usc spouse present and don't push her too hard because she might be frustrated if it goes wrong. this is where some couples begin to have cracks in their marriages. if she can make it to visit willingly that is fine but if not, once again, i advice you don't put her under any pressure at this time. if the visa is denied this time at least you both would have another chance to prepare better. i know nobody expects denial but it happens and it has never been the end of the road for most genuine couples. a 6 day visit followed by marriage is suspect unless you have abundant of convincing evidence and her one day visit at interview will carry little weight in the first place. just hang in there and see what happens. good luck!

You are so right. The fly in for a interview photo OP does not impress the CO's the know exactly why you are there and its for them and not for your marriage. You need face time weeks together.

There are 90 countries on this planet Nigerians can go without Visa. If you can't come here you could have meet many other places I know couples meet up in Dubai. It's doable.

Thanks Y'all for your advice, however, I am considering contacting the lagos embassy to reschedule the my interview to a later date. This will allow more time for my wife to visit me in lagos. What do y'all think? Any ideas?

you may never know the outcome of your interview until you had one... It's a combination of several factors that border on intent mostly. For instance, you rushed into marriage within a few days of face time visit. This could sufficiently discrete any subsequent efforts because the intent here is already in question. So, instead of trying to patch things up at the eleventh hour you could prepare a well written explanation for the reason you choose to marry on a first few days face time visit. Rescheduling your interview notwithstanding cannot affect the basic intent question at any point time. You got this bro keep your head up...

That is enough, all you need to do is to pray to God and go to your interview with a faith. I believe you will be given the approval! Take away the fear in you because it will not help, be courageous in what you have and also be optimistice that your visa will be issue!

Goodluck Man.
