hi every one

i know my wife since 2008 . she came to egypt in 2010 and got married on june 2010 . she went back to usa and then came back again in october 2011 , we filed our i-130 in may 2013. i had my interview on november 2014. i havent see my wife more than 3 year . we been talking every day all day throw phone texting and skype . i had on my interview 500 hundred paper of our conversation,more than 200 pic of us toghter+wedding album +wedding vedio tickets ,elt

the co ask me some Q i answer them all . how u meet ur wife when and how many time she came to egype how long she stay normal q.in the end of my interview she toold me i cant give u a visa now .and she gave me refusal work sheet under

1-section 221(g)

2-section 212(a)(P)6 c1 (no explanation)

. i ask long this take to procceesed she toold me 2 monthes . i waited for 2 month now i been checking my case every day ,now it show that my case went back to uscis for review . i called uscis they toold me i have to wait for 180 day that another 6 month of wating it been a year and 8 monthes going throw thoose paper me and my wife tierd of wating . and i dont know what to do . is there is any one go throw this before .

6c1 is not good. They believe you misrepresented something. You need a lawyer well versed in waivers for this.

Why isn't your wife asking all these questions as the petitioner?
