I've got a case complete 10. December and yesterday husband called NVC and they told us that the case submitted to the supervisor on additional review. Is this possible if we already have a case complete? thank you, please help..

It is such a shame that you come so far, to be "slapped in the face" with USA ineptness and the loss of documents, to, or by a Supervisor is UN-excusable!!!

Wow that's a first, it really sucks

I would keep calling and complaining. At least Demand that your interview gets scheduled in a month, so you don't have to wait another month for that.

We call every day and complaining, I hope that at least by the end of this month to review and schedule an interview.
