They are suspicious of a relationship when you have only visited 1 time. It appears that the absence of additional visits outweighed other evidence.

GreenTran,

I am so sorry to hear this. I was hoping to see a pink slip for you. I agree that they may be concerned of only visiting one time. All you can do is bring them evidence to prove your relationship. If you need a good lawyer at a reasonable price PM me.

yeah but it would have been nice if they looked at some evidence.its only required we meet one time in 2 years .this guy seemed to try say i came with some one and left with some one .and asked how much of that time i spent with her and when was the last time she was good to her exhusband.30 minutes of questions.i could have went to vietnam more but i thought having a steady job and taking care of her and my responabilitys would matter more .shes going to see marc e tomorow. maybe they should require people to go to a polygraph examiner if they want to be so sceptic

Im so sorry to hear about the outcome of your fiancee's interview. But for sure, they will just do some background check and they will release the visa then. Be more positive and things will be ok and at least she was not denied, he only wants some more proof of your relationship. Good luck!

I believe he has the info for a lawyer. I don't think it is a good idea to post the lawyers info on a public forum. I can give that info out thru email or personal message.

I really hope things turn around quickly for you.

I remember having to sign that form, the one for the marriage broker, didnt it ask if you ever have been convicted of a violent crime? For the safety of the fiancee/wife? I cant remember too well that far back, but maybe that had something to do with it. That really sucks, man! I feel really bad for you. Ide fight it for sure, get a good lawyer. Good luck.

i was never convicted just 200 fine dismissed nad fight i had with my pops wasnt really a fight and charges was dropped but she saw a lawyer today and he said there was 3 problems . problem no. 1 was the charges i had agaist me eve though they was over 14 years ago problem number 2 was she waited so long to get divorced and problem number 3 was i only came one time to see her for one month.but he said we had alot of eveidence more than enough and she will get to come to usa no way they can deny it he will have to get some details from the head chief there so its kinda good news but it might cost me the price of a tickit to go to vietnam
