I see. But what does your online status say? Still the same? Im checking on the internet the meaning of a cancelled appointment and the results say that your interview MIGHT be rescheduled? Hoping for the best.

Oh really? Yeah just show up! That santa ana office is pissing us off..

Our concern is more on the validity of the medical as our interview is over 1 year after my medical in my country (ds3025)(July 2014). Although we filed our aos 7months from it (feb 2015). I dont which one to follow.

When did you do the medical? I did the medical july 2014. Aos application was feb 2015 and the interview is on october 2015.

If the basis of the 1year is from the date of medical up to aos application then we are good. But if the rule says that the interview should fall within a year from the medical then we are over it even if the delay was because of them!

What we have is just the ds3025. No i693.

Congratulations and good luck on your driving test!! I passed mine in July but until today I have not received my driver's license in the mail. DMV said that my status is still "pending legal presence with INS" even if I have updated them that I already have my green card.

I filed my AOS on the 24th of February and got a NPIW last June. I have read the updates here and I can't stop being anxious. The last update online for my AOS is the "Fingerprint fee was received". Should I file a service request?

P.S. Congratulations to everyone who has gotten their GC.

Your timeline is pretty close to mine and we just got approved this week. I'm not sure that you'd be able to file a service request. I'd give it a few more weeks.

Congratulations!! This is the thread for Removing Conditions http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/86-removing-conditions-on-residency-general-discussion/

Yes, I have a separate folder now dedicated to collect all possible evidence when we lift conditions. I've written the date as well when to start filling up the forms. I will submit it on the very first day of the 90 day window, hahaha!!
