Question about checklist response

I mailed all required documents as told by the checklist. However, I forgot to include one document.. could I simply send that now and ask NVC to add it to my earlier scan? Or will my case be fully reviewed 60 days after my second mail has arrived?

Send that as soon as possible with an explanation. Your scan date will be your last document arrival date.

You can not cancel if it reaches NVC. But you can cancel the shipment (if it's still on the way) by calling your courier service,and return it back to you. We cancelled our shipment via fedex after we noticed a mistake in our I864.

Unfortunately it has already been scanned. Now I'm afraid that they'll see the initial first package and reject. If they are reviewing the first will they take other scanned items into account?

Of course they will. Your documents are just scanned in. They have definitely not started reviewing them. Current reviewing time is 60 days. So you should send the missing document with proper explanation (to unite this document with your previously scanned package) as soon as possible. Other VJers have done this with success. That have saved a lot of time for them.

So, do not worry. You will be okay.

hopefully it wont take another 60 days
