I filled 2 petitions for my parents that live in Jordan. now the last thing I did was scanned documents and emailed them to nvc. I have not received any respond from nvc yet if they have gotten my documents or not. I checked status online on nvc and it went from paid to N/A. I don't know what that means. I also read here that n/a means it has been touched.. can someone please tell me?? and what does scan date mean? how do you know if they reviewed or scanned your documents?? emailing documents SUCKS!!! at least mailing you get the green little paper back that they have received the package. PLEASE HELP ME I MISS MY PARENTS AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM.. HOW MUCH MORE TIME TO WAIT????

I did it on January 13th. will they at least let me know if they got documents? I feel like I'm hanging LOL

You can call them. Or you can email but it'll take days for them to reply.
