Left US without AP haven't filed AOS is there hope

Look at the bright side, by the time the I-130 is approved, you will have been married for two years (or close to it) and then your husband will receive a 10 year green card versus the 2 year green card. Once the I-130 is approved, wait until the two year marriage mark occurs before coming to the USA and he will get a 10 year green card. This will save you a lot of money.

You need to be married for two years to qualify for a 10 year green card

If it were me being back with my wife earlier would mean more than having to apply again.

They did schedule a info pass appt. the rep said no they would have to file again. But they do thank every one for all they

comments and suggestions.
